Terms and conditions for Online Purchase

General

Before you submit your order, we ask that you read these terms and conditions first. Please note that by purchasing products through this website, you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of use of this website. Any products purchased from this website are subject to these terms and conditions. [ We or Us ] refers to YCY International Limited [ You or Yours ] means any individual, institution or company that orders goods or services on this website [ Terms and Conditions ] means the terms and conditions as contained herein. [ Order ] means the online order submitted by you to order goods or services through this website.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability. To order goods or services on this website, you must first register as our user. Upon registration, you are promised: You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information; You must safeguard your username and password; We have the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever. We reserves the right to cancel the Service or to discontinue accounts which have been inactive for more than 180 days. We may do so at our discretion after sending an e-mail warning to the address you provide to us. If you do not login to your account within 14 days, your account may be removed.

Notification for ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items which You have placed in Your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Placing an order means you agree to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein. Once you have successfully submitted your order to us, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email does not mean that we accepted your order, but just confirmed that we received the order. When your order is successfully accepted, you will receive an email with our order confirmation, and our customer service staff will contact you to arrange the delivery or pick-up date and time. We reserve the right not to accept Your Order in the event. We may also decline to process a transaction for any reason or decline to provide the Products/Services to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to You or any third party by reason of Our withdrawing any Products/Services from the Site whether or not that Products has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment

We accept approved credit cards, debit cards or other designated electronic payment methods. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The prices listed in our website may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shops. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our website as at the date of purchase. To ensure the security of online payments, Visa and MasterCard have respectively designed “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard® SecureCode™” services to authenticate Your identity at the time of transaction. You hereby declare and warrant that You are the legitimate holder of the credit card that You use for payment of the Products. You agree that your credit card payment shall be processed by the service providers engaged by us. You agree that Your credit card particulars shall be passed to the relevant financial institution through such service providers. You agree to pay for every Order made under your login account or credit card and agree to indemnify Us for any claims, losses, and damages whatsoever arising from the actions of any person placing any Order for the Products using Your login account or credit card. You shall be responsible for notifying your bank of and be liable for any changes to Your record, loss, theft or unauthorized use of Your credit card. Upon Our receipt of full payment of the Products/Services in Your Order, We will arrange the delivery or pick-up of such Products/Services

Collection of Products

You must specify Your preferred method of collection (i.e. self-collection at shop or home delivery) in Your order. The delivery service and store pick-up details are as follows:

Delivery Service

You may enjoy free standard delivery service to your specified billing address for each purchase. Extra charge may apply if you select delivery at certain specified time slots. Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday (10:00am to 7:00pm), except public holidays Delivery service is only available at addresses located in (i) Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Deliverymen will call approximately half an hour prior before the agreed delivery time range on the day of delivery. When order arrived, please check and confirm the packaging in good condition, and quantity received are same as ordered. Delivery service is not available at non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, outlaying islands, warehouse and premises which are not accessible by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered through balcony. If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the charges of large products delivery and other additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. Details of the additional charges as below,

Additional Delivery Charge - Price List

1. Additional Delivery Charge for carrying products up or down stairs between floors/level. “STAIRS” HK$30 per Floor/Unit for “SMALL” products: Any small products not mentioned in “LARGE” product category with a maximum gross weight of 20 kilograms. HK$50 per Floor/Unit for “LARGE” products: Any CRT TV / Plasma TV / LCD, LED, OLED TV which is 65”-75” in screen size / Floor Standing Speakers.

Remarks:

*Above additional delivery charge does not include internal staircase within a unit/flat/house, logistic team will quote based on actual circumstances. **Stair is defined by two steps or above. ***Additional delivery charge for 76”-85” TV at $200 for each floor/ levels. (Product must be in its original packing) ****Quotation is needs for any extra-large items or products which needs unpacking to enter premises. (e.g.: TV above 75” in screen size) 2. Additional delivery charge for villages / destination not accessible by delivery trucks, lorries, van: 2.1 Over 100 meters of distance from delivery trucks, lorries (offload area) to desire delivery destination. 2.2 Over 3 minutes walking time from delivery trucks, lorries (offload area) to desire delivery destination. Each delivery destination for each items: HK$100 3. Unpack products from its original package before entering customer’s residence. In case of insufficient space for oversized products to enter customer’s residence. Example: Corridor, pathways, hallway too narrow or lift too small. Site survey is required before delivery, quotation will be provided before delivery. Site Survey each times HK $200 4. Lifting products up to carry over large obstacles or to pass through narrow corridor, pathways and hallways to reach its destination. Each products HK $150 Above service excludes: Dismantle or removal of any fixtures at customer’s premises. Delivery or removal of any oversized item which does not fit in or out of customer’s residence.

Remarks:Only cash is accepted for above services (on site), a receipt will be provided by logistic team upon payment.Logistic team may collect the price of additional delivery and disposing used appliances from customers depending on the actual circumstances of delivery.All “SMALL” Promotional Gifts / Premiums will be delivered at no charge. (Small items: BD players, cables, wall mount brackets…etc.)Audio Systems: charged by unit. Example: Audio System deliver in 1 single box = 1 unit / Audio System deliver in 2 separated box = 2 units and so on.Surround Sound Speakers Set (Satellite type): Satellite Speakers and Subwoofer deliver in 1 single box = 1 unit. Or 5-7 Satellite Speakers deliver in individual boxes = 1 unit + Subwoofer = 1 unit, total 2 units.Logistic team will not unpack any products for delivery without site survey, unless customer agreed to take full responsibility for any subsequent damages to the unpacked goods by signing a Disclaimer Form provided by logistic team.AVLife reserves the right to amend any of the terms of delivery. In case of dispute, the decision of AVLife shall be final.
After your order has been accepted, we will confirm with you about the delivery time and date regarding delivery of the product(s). Before the arrival of the goods, you will receive a call notification from our courier. Please check whether all your ordered items are fully delivered against the invoice/delivery note (as the case may be), then sign and return the delivery note to our courier to confirm your acceptance of goods.  All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.You shall give no less than 24 hours' notice from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Sunday and public holiday excluded) to our Customer Service Department hotline in respect of any request for change in delivery time, date and/or place, delivery of additional purchase, or change of purchased item. Please note that in the event that installation is required for any item, such installation fee is not included in the delivery fee and will be charged separately.If for security reason or any other reasons, our courier is not able to deliver the goods to the billing address as specified in your order and get your receipt confirmation, we may ask you to collect the goods from one of our stores and will not arrange any delivery. In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
Shop pick upPlease collect your purchased item(s) at your selected shop within 30 days from the designated date of collection.When you pick up the product in our shop, you or your authorised representative will be required to produce the order confirmation email for identity verification.  We may need you to provide further information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your account profile).  If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.Once the order is confirmed, you are not allowed to change the selected store for collection, color or model of the selected product or to change to any other product except as agreed by us.Upon the customer acknowledge receipt of the Product, the Products shall be deemed to be correct and of satisfactory quality.

In the event that you paid fully to hold any products, you shall take delivery of the product(s) and completed the purchase within 180 days from the date of order. Otherwise, our company shall have the right to forfeit the payment and the product as compensation.

We offer Hassle Free Storage Service for customer who could not take delivery of the product(s) within 180 days. Charges are calculated based on Storage Items Sales Amount per month. Storage under one month will be calculated as one month.
Hassle Free Storage Service charges as follow*:
  1. Storage service fee/ $3,000 per month (stock value HK$100,000 or above)
  2. Storage service fee/ $2,000 per month (stock amount HK$50,000 -$99,999)
  3. Storage service fee/ $1,000 per month (stock amount HK$0 - $49,999)
*If the storage service fee payable exceeds the price of the goods, the company has the right to confiscate the goods as compensation.
Return & Refund Policy
Once the order is confirmed, we do not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

Exchange Policy
You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection (as the case may be). If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service Department.
If it is confirmed that the quality of the goods does not meet the production standards or proves to be defective in the factory, the customer can replace the goods of the same model within seven days after receiving the goods.
Any products may be returned and replaced once only
If the replacement products are out of stock, you may exchange other products of our company at the same dollars value, or pay the difference to purchase the higher price product.
The returned products must be in their original conditions and packing without any physical damange/or scratch together with the warranty card which shall not be filled in. The serial number on the products must comply with those on the invoice.
No exchange would be made for product which has been registered on-line for warranty service or has undergone any repair.
The seven-day replacement policy does not apply to products that have been repaired.
Agents/vendors/manufacturers  are responsible for the warranty of associated products. The terms and conditions of such warranty are subject to the manufacturers/vendors’ policy. During the warranty period, you may return the products to the manufacturer or vendor for repair. You may refer to the warrantee card or enquire the agents/manufacturers/vendors for details.

This return and refund policy does not apply if the goods are required to be returned or replaced due to price fluctuations in the market.
If there is any dispute, We reserve the right of final decision.

Force Majeure
If for any reason of events of Force Majeure, including fires, floods, casualties, accidents, disasters, natural disasters, any laws, orders, declarations, regulations, requests, or provisions issued by the Hong Kong Government or its agencies, strikes, wage disputes, labour shortages or technician shortages, goods or raw materials shortages or lack of supply, shipping delays, or any other reasons beyond Our reasonable control, which render Us incapable of fulfilling Our responsibilities under the Website and/or the Terms and Conditions and/or any confirmed Orders, We shall not incur any liabilities within the circumstances of such delay or prevention.

Others
Title to the product shall remain vested in us until we receive full payment of the price, and risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery / collection of the product (as the case may be).
You shall not assign, transfer or otherwise share any of your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any other third party without our company's prior written consent.
We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by other person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase transaction with you.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China. In case these terms and conditions, the parties irrevocably submit to be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR.
